Staying safe at home is very important, but it does not mean that you can't continue working out. Glamoholic Magazine cooperates with fitness experts from all over the world to bring you this home workout series and help you stay in shape.

 
 

Our friend Mikael Hysén will help you get your chest workout done today! The workout offers a variation of cable-fly-alternative exercies, different push-up types. If you think the workout has too many exercies, you can pick 5 of them and do 3 sets x 12 reps. of each exercies. For additional weight you can use dumbbells if you have any available at home, bottles, or buckets which you can fill with the desired weight as Mikael did in the video.
